"I think the quality of the watch is very good. I have only given 3 stars based on the information provided by Timex re the model of watch plus the contact I had with customer services. . i first contacted customer services/support as I needed to adjust the watch strap. I had checked the instrument manual online. It tells you to use the tool however, the tool wasn’t included . I thought this was an error, that they’d forgotten to put it in the box, so I contacted Timex. I didn’t realise I was actually talking to a robot until the robot said I will put you in touch with a human after the 3rd attempt to get my problem across! Anyway long story short I had to take the watch to a jewellers and that cost me £10 and the inconvenience of having to go to my High Street. I was also not sure if this would void the guarantee. The human told me they,Timex, are unable to supply the tool so you have to take it to a jewellers to adjust it or you could have a different watch strap! Maybe all of this should be highlighted that this is what you have to do before you decide to buy the watch so the customer can make an informed choice."
