Shipping

Standard delivery orders should be delivered in 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment approval or the following workday. Please be aware all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping charge is £5.  Orders above £110 receive free shipping.

Placing Orders/Shipping
Once you've placed your order, the order starts to be processed straight away, so that we can get it to you as fast as possible.  Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove items, change colours or sizes, change delivery address, delivery options or the email address on the order.

If you've changed your mind and no longer need the item, please arrange the for the item to be returned once received. We are unable to process exchanges so if you wish to order something else, you will need to place a separate order in the usual way.

Delayed Shipment Notice
If you do not receive your order within 5 business days from the dispatch date, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will promptly investigate and, when required, assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Lost or Stalled Shipment Notice
If your order appears to be lost or stalled in transit and it has been more than 10 days from the dispatch date, you may file a claim directly with DHL.

Please note that DHL requires the recipient to file the claim within 8 days from the dispatch date of the parcel.  Failure to file a claim within the required period may result in the claim being rejected, and a refund may not be processed.  For faster assistance, please have your tracking number and shipment details ready when submitting the claim.
