"I bought the Timex Marlin GMT directly from Timex and I’m really pleased with it. The standout feature for me is definitely the dial. It looks even better in person than it does in the photographs. The colours, GMT markings and contrasting sections give it plenty of character without making it look too busy. It has a really nice vintage-inspired look while still feeling modern. At 40mm, I think the size is spot on. It sits really nicely on the wrist and is comfortable to wear. I’ve also tried mine on a black rubber strap and it completely changes the look of the watch — it works surprisingly well and makes it feel a little more casual and sporty. The finishing of the case is very nice for the money, the GMT function is useful, and overall it feels like a lot of watch for its price. Really pleased with this one. It’s distinctive, comfortable and just an absolutely lovely-looking watch. Definitely one I’ll be keeping."
