The perfect quartz watch. For
"The perfect quartz watch. For me the reliable time keeping of quartz along with mid-twentieth century aesthetic, sizing and acrylic crystal probably make this the perfect everyday day watch. 30m of water resistance is sufficient for most weather situations although I think wise to tuck it under a sleeve in any serious rain. The simplicity of the dial is sublime too. The words Timex Marlin and nothing else. If it said “quartz” or “water resistant” as so many budget-friendly watches seem to it would have tarnished the vintage feel. This has a premium feel with superb finishing and design. I love it."

"I love the timeless look of my Timex , however changed the strap to a brown which I felt suited the feel of the watch better. It would have been nice to have a choice of strap colour. Timex was one of the first watches I ever had, I’m glad to see you are still around v."
