"This is the first time I've purchased a timex. The Giorgio Galli S1 looks stunning on the wrist and it's been keeping time well. I have mixed feelings about the strap. With it being rubber it can be a little fiddly to get on initially (because of the friction) but once it's on it keeps in place without issues. My only other observation is that the movement is quite loud compared to my other watches. This isn't an issue though. All in all, I'm happy that I've bought it and it's in my daily rotation."

"Wrist strap is unbalanced with a bias to one side for the buckle. Fells weird wearing it due to this. Otherwise given I am used to a Rolex Datejust it is acceptable apart from the self winding which I am not too pleased with as the watch stops after taking it off for sleeping. My Rolex never has these minor faults. I would feel more comy if these quibbles were addressed by Timex, other wise a decent work watch."
